I grew up in Ulladulla and moved to Sydney solo in 2021 to chase bigger opportunities. I didn’t get into medicine on my first or second attempt, but I finally started this year. Along the way, I worked 10+ jobs while studying full-time across many different industries.

Every change in environment forced me to adapt. With no roadmap, I learned to be scrappy, resourceful, and relentlessly action-oriented. That period taught me how to operate without permission, how to solve problems without perfect information, and how to build structure where there was none.

Now, I apply that same mindset to startups. I move fast, think clearly, and look for leverage in ambiguity. Whether I’m scaling systems, leading growth campaigns, or building from zero, I mostly care about doing hard things with good people.
